Investment Strategy

The Fund normally pursues its objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in bonds of varying maturities, including mortgage and asset-backed securities. The Fund invests primarily in investment grade bonds. Investment grade bonds include bonds rated in one of the four highest rating categories by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization, such as BBB- or higher by Standard & Poor's ("S&P"). The investment strategy of the Fund is referred to as "Core Plus" because the Advisor has the ability to add high yield securities to a core portfolio of investment grade securities.
